Question:
We have a tenant who has applied to rent an office from us.
His sole business is in Micro Finance. ie. Small loans.
Would the rental income derived from such a tenant be halaal?

Answer:
No. It will not be permissible to lease your property to such a business as the major/sole functions are interest bearing transactions. The rental income will not be permissible.
