Question:
Please can you advise me as to whether you can apply lip balm to dry cracked lips in ramadaan?
Answer:
The fast will not become invalid by using lip balm or Lip-ice. However, it is best that one abstains from using Lip-ice or lip balm whilst fasting if there is no real need.
